Since then he has seen coffee take him on the glorious journey of fanatic barista, passionate café operator and certified Q grader. Strengths: Pour over, cooking pancakes, 26ft jump shots. Weaknesses: Kenyan coffee, Pinot, saying ‘no’ to his daughters.

Straight out of Sao Paulo with a lineage rooted in coffee! Growing up around his grandfather's coffee farm catapulted Daniel's career into the coffee industry when he moved to Australia, slinging delicious brews in cafes all over Sydney. Daniel is now based on the sandy shores of the Sunshine state with his beautiful family.

Robyn is seriously a seasoned hospo pro, having conquered the realms of upscale dining, bars and specialty cafes across the great Australian cities. A working mum of 2 with experience across Perth, Sydney, Adelaide and now settling into the Queensland hospo scene!
