After 25 years of roasting and delivering exceptional specialty coffee across Australia, we've created a light-filled space where connection and community sit at the heart of every cup. Linked with our Barista Academy, this café brings our mission — Impact People Positively through Specialty Coffee — to life through each sip and every moment.

How To Find Us

You’ll find Five Senses Espresso in the heart of Petersham, nestled right alongside our brand-new Barista Academy. The heritage listed building sits on the corner of New Canterbury Road and Livingstone, making it easy to spot as you wander through the neighbourhood.

FREE Coffee Day

To celebrate the opening of our very first café, we’re throwing the doors open and shouting everyone a free brew. Join us on Friday 28 November, anytime from 6:30am to 1:30pm, for a free coffee on us. It’s our way of saying thank you for the support, excitement and warm welcome as we settle into the Petersham community. Swing by, grab a cup, check out the new space and share a moment with us over great coffee.

Food

If you're after a bite to eat, you'll find a concise yet delicious grab-and-go menu featuring sweet and savoury pastries from our friends at Organic Bread Bar. True to the café’s relaxed, Scandinavian-inspired feel, the offering is simple, thoughtful and made for those on the move. Whether you’re grabbing something to enjoy with your morning coffee, settling in for a quiet moment or taking a treat back to the office, our selection is all about quality, freshness and keeping things easy.

Retail Coffee

We're stocked and stoked with a variety of beans and a small selection of home-brewing equipment for you to take home. You’ll find a curated line-up of our staples along with a rotating selection of blends and unique, character-driven Special Release coffees featured at the bar. If you’ve enjoyed something in your cup, chances are you can grab a bag to recreate it at home, whether you’re just getting started or levelling up your daily ritual.

Seating

We have seating for 15 guests inside, offering a calm, light-filled spot to enjoy your coffee. Outside, you’ll find another 20 seats in our bright courtyard — a sunny, relaxed space perfect for catching up with friends or taking a quiet moment to yourself.

Parking

There’s convenient council parking located directly behind the building, with 2-hour bays available on Chester Street. You’ll also find a mix of all-day and 2-hour spots along Audley, Oxford and the surrounding streets, making it easy to find a park when you visit.

WIFI

We have reliable wifi and plenty of power outlets available, so you can comfortably perch up with your laptop while enjoying a cuppa. Whether you’re catching up on emails, studying or settling in for a focused work session, the space is yours to enjoy.
