Matthew Smithies
Sales and Account Manager
Affectionately known as just ‘Smithies’, Matt boasts an impressive first place in the 2019 Western Region cup tasting championships as well as being an experienced brewers competition judge – talk about a great palate! Coffee hero by day, laid-back musician by night. Although he originated across the sea in neighbouring NZ, there is (almost) nothing he loves more than belting out the Aussie classic ‘Horses’ for his adoring fans.
Paula Ribeiro
Account Manager & Barista Trainer
Originating from Brazil, Paula brings with her over eight years of experience in the hospitality industry. Having settled in Adelaide for the past few years, she has honed her craft in various cafes across the city. When she's not expertly handling a portafilter, you'll find her delving into the enigmatic realms of the cosmos, pondering its boundless wonders.
