From the innovative minds at El Diviso comes an exceptional Typica Mejorado, crafted by Néstor Lasso in Pitalito, Huila. Grown at 1,750 metres above sea level, this coffee showcases the precision, experimentation and relentless pursuit of quality that have made El Diviso one of Colombia's most exciting and influential farms.

Carefully harvested at peak ripeness, the cherries undergo a highly refined advanced natural process designed to amplify sweetness, clarity and complexity. Controlled oxidation is followed by two stages of anaerobic fermentation before the coffee is slowly dried on raised beds, allowing flavour development to unfold with remarkable control and consistency.

As the first release in our two-part El Diviso series, this coffee offers an introduction to the innovation and craftsmanship behind the farm's work. Released as Vol. 1, it celebrates the expressive character of Typica Mejorado, with Vol. 2 arriving later this year to continue the story and showcase another side of what makes El Diviso so compelling.
