Bom Jardim, Pulped Natural

Rich & balanced with maple syrup & orange fudge body.

From our long standing relationship with the San Coffee collective comes a delicious coffee from the Minas Gerais region of Brazil. Growing up amongst coffee fields, Josué Pereira Figueiredo had his eyes on farming from an early age and established Bom Jardim estate in 1972 at just 26 years old! This lot is a great example of the sophistication of Brazilian coffee farming and Josué's expertise in particular. Ripening a bright yellow, this Catucaí varietal goes through the pulped natural process delivering a rich, balanced cup with satisfying maple syrup & orange fudge body.

Beyond the Brew: SanCoffee

SanCoffee is comprised of over 20 fazendas (estates), many of whom are well known in their own right; often placing in the Brazil Cup of Excellence. We’re proud to have a long history with this coop, stretching back to 2012! Coffee from their member estates supplies the backbone of some well-loved house blends, as well as some bangin’ lots both as single varietals and experimental processing types.
