There’s a familiar sense of anticipation each time these coffees land, and this year is no different. After eight years working with Leonid Ramirez, it’s been incredible to watch his coffees evolve alongside his growing confidence as a producer. From his farm in the mountains of Génova, Quindío, Leonid continues to refine both his farming and processing, delivering coffees with greater clarity, structure and expression each harvest.

This year’s collection celebrates that progression. Three carefully produced micro-lots explore the impact of processing, each offering a distinct take on Leonid’s coffee. The anaerobic washed highlights vibrant clarity and controlled fermentation, the honey balances sweetness and texture, and the natural turns up the fruit, delivering bold, layered flavour.

With the ongoing support of Cofinet and the strength of this long-term partnership, these coffees represent more than just great flavour. They’re a reflection of steady improvement, shared commitment and the positive impact of working closely at origin.
