Scott Thompson

Scott cut his teeth on a coffee machine at just 16, slinging shots on the south coast of NSW. A move to Canberra for uni led to years behind the bar, and eventually into owning his own café for five years. As our new Sales & Account Manager, he’s all about connecting with café folk and keeping the coffee flowing. Off the clock, Scott backs his beloved Calgary Flames and is on a mission to conquer Sydney’s restaurant scene, one booking at a time.
