Crafted by fourth-generation tea farmers in the secluded Wazuka Village of Southern Kyoto, this powdered hojicha delivers a warm, toasty and deeply comforting latte experience. The Azuma family specialise in cultivating tencha, the same green tea leaves used for matcha, before carefully roasting them to develop rich, earthy complexity. The leaves are then stone-ground into an ultra-fine powder, creating a smooth, flavoursome base for your next hojicha latte. Grown with intention, the family farms without pesticides or chemical fertilisers in their tea fields.
