 Our Wallflower Decaf is a Caturra and Castillo varietal and comes from an altitude of 1400-1700 MASL in the Huila region of Colombia. 

The Sugar Cane process, also known as 'Ethyl Acetate' is a natural and organic compound found in nature. Along with spring water, they are the only compounds our decaf is in contact with. 

A banana contains around 20 times the amount of Ethyl Acetate than our decaffeinated coffee after processing!

Add 1 rounded tablespoon of Chai Latte to the same amount of hot water and mix to dissolve. Steam milk as you would for a latte and add to your Chai Latte base. Sit back and enjoy.
