How it works:
1. The official competition period commences at 12am (AWST) on Sunday 1 December 2024 and finishes at 12am (AWST) Friday 28 February 2025.
2. Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 and over only.
3. Five Senses Coffee employees and their immediate families are not eligible to win the prize.
4. Online customers who receive a friends and family discount or the church discount are not eligible to win the prize.
5. The prize package includes the following: Acaia Orbit Grinder (value: $2,860), Acaia Lunar Scale (value: $457.60), and a Five Senses Coffee voucher (value: $300).
6. To gain entry into the competition, you need to set up a new or already have a Five Senses online account via fivesenses.com.au. All orders generated from your Five Senses online account between 12am (AWST) on Sunday 1 December 2024 and 12am (AWST) Friday 28 February 2025 will gain an entry to the competition.
7. The PRIZE winner will be randomly selected by a Five Senses staff member using the randomisation website random.org at 1pm (AEST) Monday 3 March 2025 and will take place at the Five Senses premises 300 Rosslyn St, West Melbourne, Victoria.
8. The PRIZE winner will be announced by Thursday 6 March 2025.
9. The PRIZE winner will be notified in writing within 7 days of the draw.
11. The last name, first intial and postcode of the winner (except for any winner who has requested their details not to be published) will be published within 30 days of the draw and will take place at the Five Senses premises 300 Rosslyn St, West Melbourne, Victoria.
12. The winner has two months from the date that they are notified to claim their prize, otherwise an unclaimed prize draw will commence.
13 The unclaimed PRIZE winner will be randomly selected by a Five Senses staff member using the randomisation website random.org at 1pm AEST Monday 28 April 2025 and will take place at the Five Senses premises 300 Rosslyn St, West Melbourne, Victoria.
14. The last name, first intial and postcode of the winner (except for any winner who has requested their details not to be published) will be published within 30 days of the draw and will take place at the Five Senses premises 300 Rosslyn St, West Melbourne, Victoria.
15. The PRIZE winner will be notified in writing within 7 days of the draw.
16. The prize is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
17. Your privacy is important to us. Five Senses collects personal information for the purposes of sending you newsletters, processing and administering entries to the competition, and provision of a prize.
18. Your information will not be passed onto any Third Parties.
19 All entries to the 2024-2025 Acaia Giveaway are hereby agreeing to receive newsletters from Five Senses Coffee and Acaia. Customers can unsubscribe from these newsletters at any time.
