Attikan’s high‑altitude natural offers a calm, citrus‑leaning profile shaped by careful processing. Cherries are selectively picked, siphoned and fermented for 32 hours in oxygen‑induced barrels using an in‑house active water culture. Shade‑drying on raised beds for 15 days preserves clarity and keeps the fruit notes defined.

In the cup, look for orange and lemon, touches of sweet lime, hints of melon and grapes, and a soft caramel thread. It’s a clean, composed natural with gentle fruit depth and a polished finish.
