Cherries are grown by 841 smallholder farmers, most tending just a few hundred Red Bourbon trees around their homes. Harvested ripe and carefully sorted, the coffee undergoes an Intenso yeast-inoculated dry natural process, encouraging clarity while amplifying fruit intensity. Slow drying on raised beds builds depth and sweetness, resulting in a cup that's lively yet grounded. Expect bright cherry upfront, cola-like fizz through the middle, and a lingering finish of berry molasses.
