Packaged in our unique 100g cans, this exclusive Special Release uses a carbonic maceration process, whole cherries are fermented in a controlled CO₂-rich environment, enhancing the coffee’s clarity, complexity, and vibrant fruit character. After fermentation, the coffee is carefully dried to achieve optimal moisture content. Sara and her husband Dayan represent a new generation of Colombian producers, passionate about quality and sustainability. The result is a bright, expressive cup with notes of fizzy lemon, ripe mulberry and dark chocolate.
