Michael De Jager

From a youngin' growing up above his parents' restaurant in the Netherlands, hospitality has pretty much been in Michael's DNA from day dot. He took a little detour into PE teaching before realising he missed hospo too much, then combined his two loves: people and travel. Cue some wondrous years of living around the world, experiencing different cultures and collecting plenty of stories along the way. Now in Australia, Michael has found his way into coffee, working across venues in Sydney and Newcastle.
