Boosa (meaning ‘kiss’ in Arabic) is the newest venture from seasoned hospitality couple Eitam and Tammy Brami.
The space, designed by Kestie Lane studio, is a gorgeous minimalist combination of tile, timber and greenery, while perfectly mixing the atmospheres of professional execution and cosy local.
This quality extends through to the kitchen, where a passionate emphasis on product has led Chef Eitam to creating a menu that fuses his own unique personal combination of modern Middle Eastern cuisine into an offering that is sure to excite the adventurous and comfort those seeking a more traditional fare.
The ‘Panna Cotta Style Malabi’ (with delicious orange blossom jelly) and the ‘Cauli Power’ are sure to create a healthy dose of envy in your brunch buddies and are just a few of the Instagram worthy creations on the menu. Meanwhile the theatre of the Smoky Lamb Slider being presented at the table creates that unique ‘what’s he having?’ buzz throughout the space.
The drinks are all fun, creative, distinctive and wonderfully executed. Featuring fairy floss Turkish delight milkshakes, house made combinations of herbal tea, and just in time for summer, cool refreshing cold brew coffee. Bliss. XO
