In our last Curated Cupping for 2016, we’ve pulled out all the stops – honey processing and Geishas galore!

Costa Rica has long been at the forefront of small lot production with its Micro Mill revolution, in turn enabling some innovative exploration of processing method while Boquete in Panama is often celebrated as one of the best (and most expensive!) coffee regions in the world.

Learn a little about these Central American coffee powerhouses before slurping through our upcoming line up of micro lots from Costa Rica and Geishas from Panama.
