Originally held on 31st of March 2016, we’ve brought this crowd favourite back, including the latest in grinder tech.

Bi-modal or uni-modal? Flat Burr or conical? There’s a lot of unknowns around the collection of particles coming out of grinders, so in this month’s curated cupping, we’re aiming to lay some better foundations.

We’re going to be exploring the idea of grind particle spreads; what influences their creation, how they affect extraction and then dive into experiencing them through some sensory trials. Join us to arm yourself with some more info on this important topic.
