How to use My Account
Welcome to the guide on using My Account in the Five Senses wholesale portal. In this guide, you will learn how to navigate through the different features of your account.
1. Welcome to "My Account"
This is where you can manage your customer account.

2. If you have multiple locations, swap between them here on the Dashboard
Click to navigate between your locations.

3. To access the streamlined order form, click "Wholesale Ordering"
See fivesenses.com.au/wholesale/how-to-order for how to use the form.

4. To access your Ordering history, click "Orders"
After accessing the "Orders" tab, find the specific order you want to view and click on the "View" button.

5. To access your current and past Bookings, click "Bookings"
After accessing the "Bookings" tab, you can modify or cancel current and historical bookings.

6. To access your open Invoices (Admin Only), click "Invoices & Credit"
After accessing the "Invoices & Credit" tab, you can view your account balance, view and pay any open invoices, or any amount.

7. To access your saved Addresses, click "Addresses"
After accessing the "Addresses" tab, you can (with Admin permissions) change your billing and shipping addresses.

8. To access User Management (Admin Only), click "User Management"
After accessing the "User Management" tab, you can (with Admin permissions) invite new or remove users.

9. To access your Account details, click "Account Details"
Finally, access the "Account Details" section to view and update your account information.
