This course is ideal for budding baristas entering the hospo industry and experienced baristas wanting to hone their skills through repeatable practices. Through this course, you will understand the industry and learn about the whole supply chain from harvest, processing, roasting to the end result of the cup. You will be comfortable choosing beans not only for yourself but recommending the perfect coffee to your customers. Theoretical learning will then flow into espresso extraction where you will exclusively put into practice milk steaming, pouring and order practice.
