With the recent news that our friends, Henry and Verena Gaibor of Finca Maputo in Ecuador, were recently tied up and robbed of their coffee harvest, we’ve decided to focus this month’s Curated Cupping on discussing the risks present in the producer end of the supply chain.

We hope that this information will not only provide a great opportunity for palate development for attendees but also grow everyone’s understanding about what it takes to produce the coffee we all love.
