Whilst most of our Curated Cuppings have followed a more relaxed prepare-taste-discuss format, for our first session of the 2017 season, we’re going back to the bedrock of cupping: the score sheet.

As a protocol and assessment criteria, cupping coffee is utilised around the world to determine the potential value and qualities of a given coffee. In Quantifying Delicious, we’ll be detailing how coffee is assessed and unpacking how to effectively use the SCAA score sheet before applying this approach to a range of our existing and upcoming Limited Release coffees. Join our Q Grader certified cuppers in a hands-on workshop exploring the cupping form.
