Five Senses Coffee is looking for a skilled Barista Trainer and Account Manager to join our team in Adelaide. This is a full-time, multifaceted role where you will be liaising with café owners / staff as well as managing barista training that will be provided both on-site and at the South Australian Barista Academy in Melbourne Street North Adelaide.

The Barista Trainer and Account Manager will work to ensure the skills of each barista coming through the Academy are top notch, and the café owners / staff are completely satisfied and loyal to Five Senses Coffee. The role involves delivering excellent training, maximising revenue and contributing in a significant way to making Five Senses Coffee the leading, speciality coffee roaster in each state of Australia.

As a Barista Trainer and Account Manager in Adelaide, our dream is for you to have extensive specialty coffee knowledge, broad hospitality experience, and an eagerness to share your knowledge and expertise. You are a self-starter, enjoy taking on responsibility and come up with the results with little supervision. You are comfortable with technology and can communicate effectively across multiple platforms in a manner that lets your unique personality shine through.

In your role you will focus on upskilling baristas, retaining and growing our existing clients and converting new ones to Five Senses Coffee. Using your creativity and natural talents, along with the help and support of the team, you will be excited about working with new up-and-coming businesspeople as well as more established café managers and owners. You will be able to demonstrate or be keen to develop your skills in: sales, customer service, barista training, project management and above-the-line thinking. You will be happy to work sustainably and make a name for yourself as a great barista trainer and account manager at Five Senses Coffee.
