Behind the lovely and recognisable blue curved front door, wonderful goodies await you. The Press Shop is as stunning in its offerings as it is in design.

Alischa and Hayden created Bespoke Letterpress almost ten years ago. From humble beginnings, their exposition of the art of letterpress and general appreciation for the products they created grew swiftly. Rising demand saw their Bespoke Letterpress offerings expand to incorporate the full product range you can see today.

As part of this expansion, it was clear that they needed a dedicated space (now known as The Press Room) where customers could come and experience not only the beautiful products, but also the craftsmanship involved in creating them.

Alischa and Hayden also decided that extending to include an on-site cafe featuring products developed by businesses with a similar ethos would be unique and memorable. They were right!

L: Kangaroo carpaccio, lemon myrtle cream, beach herbs and macadamia. | R: Poached eggs, with soy, mirin, toasted seaweed granules, pickled cucumber and quinoa salad.

With an evolving seasonal menu, head chef Lachlan Houghton, who was born and bred in the Southern Highlands, creates an array of exciting dishes using produce from local farm friends. The fan favourite is the Kangaroo Carpaccio with lemon and myrtle cream, followed closely by Poached Eggs, mirin, toasted seaweed granules, pickled cucumber and quinoa. Finish that off with a perfectly crafted coffee from the Synesso MVP and you will be satisfied and delighted.

The Press Shop was established to enhance the customer’s experience at Bespoke Letterpress and they have smashed that concept out of the ball park! Bespoke dining, vintage letter presses and beautiful stationary products all combine to create an unforgettable experience in the heart of Bowral.
